The PM6 electronics have been designed by tube amplifier specialists

We have studied and analysed the original model to guarantee total understanding of this exceptional amplifier with unique sound. Rather than simply building an exact copy of the model in our posession ( Stimer M6 ), we decided to improve accoustic quality and reliability by changing certain components, resulting in the much-acclaimed PM6. Here are the improvements we have achieved :

  • The amplifier is built on a point by point hand wired support
  • There is no background noise
  • Oversized metallic film resistors
  • Top end polypropylene condensers
  • Electrolytic condensers that support high temperatures and high voltage
  • Inputs adapted to today's and yesterday's pickups
  • The circuit is double-protected by two fuses
  • The first fuse, at the top of the chassis, protects the amplifier from any overload and can be restarted without having to look for a spare fuse.
  • The second fuse is inside and protects the secondary circuit
